Payment terms will be clearly outlined in individual project agreements. All fees are due according to the agreed schedule.

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom software developed specifically for their projects. Neuro Lab retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in development.

We respect client confidentiality and will not share proprietary information or project details without explicit permission.

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect client data and systems. All team members sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements.

We collect only necessary information to provide our services effectively and never share client data with third parties without consent.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We provide software "as is" and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

Clients are responsible for testing and validating all deliverables before deployment to production environments.
