Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about blockchain technology and have a deep understanding of the latest trends and protocols in the blockchain ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and implementing blockchain-based solutions, ensuring security and scalability, and contributing to the strategic direction of our blockchain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of blockchain applications.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and integrate best practices into projects.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the blockchain development team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.
• Extensive experience with smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security best practices.
• Experience with decentralized technologies and consensus algorithms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and other blockchain development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI and machine learning integration in blockchain applications.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and NFTs.
• Experience with cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
